Software steps required before running the SensorDAQ examples: 1. LabVIEW 7.1 or newer installed. 2. The DAQmx driver for SensorDAQ properly installed. The NI DAQmx software must be version 8.3.2, or version 8.6 or newer. Further instructions regarding software installation can be found in the SensorDAQ Users Manual. Running SensorDAQ examples: 1. Unzip the file. 2. Move the folder "SensorDAQ" into the user.lib directory of the LabVIEW file system (usually found at C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 8.x\user.lib). 3. Open the SensorDAQ subfolder called EXAMPLES. 4. Find the appropriate SensorDAQ example VI and open and run it with LabVIEW. Building a custom VI using the SensorDAQ driver subVIs: Locating the SensorDAQ folder in the user.lib directory gives you access to the SensorDAQ driver subVIs in your LabVIEW Functions Palette. Right click in the Block Diagram of a LabVIEW VI. Open the User Libraries palette to find the SensorDAQ driver subVIs. If you are having trouble finding them, click on the Search button in the Function Palette and type in "SensorDAQ".
