This command allows you to place objects on top or under other page objects.

Click on an object to make it the focus and choose from the following layer options:
 

Move To Front:	This command places the object to the forefront of the page.
Move Forward:	This command places the selected object up a layer.
Move Backward:	This command moves the selected object back one layer.
Move To Back:	This command places the object behind all other objects.
